Due to the comprehensive and flexible capabilities of report generation the routine work in a mining operation is extremely faciliated. By the click on a buttom the report is calculated, or re-calculated, stored, saved, printed and if required recalled. In a network situation these data are than available to anybody with the viewing priviledges - no more searching for paper in somebody elses office.
The reports can be specialized on a specific topic (e.g. blasting), or can be of a general form, i.e. retrieving data from many sources.

monthly reports

Monthly reports are good examples for reports covering many topics. All data of the period to be reported (which of course can be handled individually and is not restriceted to months) are prepared and presented in a manner required for the management (or accounting department, or who ever is adressed).
Content of the reports is individually adjusted to the client needs. Adjustments or extensions are possible at any time.

The example on the right shows an overview form for the compilation of all reports. Weekly, monthly, quartaly or annually reports are perpeared by a single mouse-click.

Even rather comprehensive reports can be structered in a reasonable manner. In the form each section of the report can be viewed individually making it easy to gain the information you are looking for. In the printed version all sections are combined to one document.
