Surpac User-Meeting 2004

Surpac-Minex is extremely interested in having a close contact to the users of Surpac. This contact is the sound basis for developing the product according to the wishes and needs of the current and future users.

3rd Surpac-User Meeting of Austria

The meeting takes place at Januray 15th and 16th in Leoben, Austria.

The goals of the meeting are:

• provide newest information on the recent development of Surpac
• supporting information exchange between Surpac users
• provide an introduction in the capabilities and features of Surpac
• allowing clients to give their comments and whishes for future developments to the software vendor
• giving hints and support for special topics requested by the clients

The meeting would like to adress both current users as well as all persons interesed in purchasing Surpac, who want to get informed about possibilities and advantages of applying Surpac in their company.

Take the chance to contact Surpac-users and software vendor representatives to get a comprehensive overview on the Surpac product!

We are extremly proud that the general manager of Surpac-Minex UK, Mrs. Liesl Kemp, will attend this meeting and will be available for any kind of questions and recommendations!

Program

The user-meeting consists of two sections:

The first day provides information on the most recent developments of Surpac and an outlook to future projects. This information day refers manly to both current Surpac user and people generally interested in planning software for mining applications.
The main issues of the program cover:

• Presentation of Surpac-Mines and their products
• Presentation of the neweset developments and future strategies of the development
• Reports of users about their experiences in applying Surpac examplifying selected topics

The second day refers mainly to current Surpac-users. In this day special topics referring to the exfficient use of Surpac are persented and discussed in detail.

In the evening of the first day (January 15th, 2004) we also organize an informal event.

During the whole meeting Mrs. Liesl Kemp and her colleagues are available for individual talks and discussions.

Meeting fees:

Total meeting: 60€ (students 25€)
1st day: 30€ (students 10€)
2nd day: 50€ (students 20€)

The meeting fees include coffee and drinks during breaks, lunch buffet and the evening event (Surpac evening)

Bank connections: Account No. 414 480 22202, Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG, Filiale leoben, BLZ 12000. The meeting fee can be payed as well in cash during the meeting.

Note for the 2nd day: Surpac users are requested to take their surpac keys and - if possible - also their laptop with them. For participants currently not having a Surpac-licence a limited number of keys and laptops will be provided.
